Ganesh provides fully accredited training and facilitation using one of the most popular and effective set of "thinking tools" developed by Dr Edward de Bono: Six Thinking Hats

About us
Ganesh is a consultancy based in the Top End of Australia run by Tim Schinkel and Gill Ainsworth.
Our philosophy: knowledge sharing, practical creativity and business sustainability motivated by an awareness of social and environmental issues.
Tim is a trained artist and educator: he offers skills in visual communication, interactive learning and organisational strategy.
Tim’s international career path has included journalism, education and training, non-profit governance and research. His qualifications include: BA Honours degree in Art; RSA Certificate and Diploma in teaching; Cert IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor and he is an accredited Edward de Bono trainer. He has been building websites for more than ten years and is competent across the Adobe suite of applications.
With a gift for language, analysis and project management, Gill offers skills in written communication, research and project design. Gill’s professional experience spans the globe and includes pharmaceutical market research, non-profit governance, event coordination and environmental research. Her qualifications include: MA Hons in Mandarin with Japanese; a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing and she is a trained indexer (BIPT).
